Please fill out the online application below for one of the listed membership types.

Payment for Primary REALTOR membership will not be processed until after the application is reviewed for approval. Membership is not active until payment is made.

All memberships expire on 12/31.

For 2024 dues, you can view the dues chart with pro-ration here. Pro-rates only apply to new members who have not been a member of another board or NAR previous year.

A $35 application fee is required for all new members.

Dues are non-transferable & non-refundable.

REALTOR Primary

This membership type is for licensed brokers & agents who are applying as a Primary REALTOR® member. All licensees associated with the broker’s license are required to hold REALTOR® membership with a local association. This membership type includes National Association of REALTORS (NAR), Texas REALTORS (TAR) & CTCAR local dues.

Student

To qualify for student membership, an applicant must verify full-time student status by providing an official academic record verification letter. This letter is a record summary that includes details on the dates of attendance and full-time enrollment.

REALTOR Secondary

This membership is for a REALTOR® who holds membership in another local REALTOR® Association (Such as ABoR, WCAOR, SABOR, etc) and has remitted state and national association dues through that Association.

Professional Member

For TREC licensed agents or brokers who do not wish to join as a REALTOR member but want to gain access to our regular member benefits such as Crexi, Discounts, Connections & Networking Opportunities. (Does not include access to Texas REALTOR zipForms)

Affiliate Member

This membership is for non-licensed (TREC) service providers such as, title, attorney, finance, inspection, appraisal, engineering, consulting.

Affiliate Secondary

This membership is for individuals from Affiliate companies that are already a member.
