This event will be a hybrid event with both in-person remote access options.
Our Property Information Exchanges are a great opportunity to update your commercial market knowledge, interact with peers, share your commercial property listings, needs & ideas. Please be sure to bring flyers on your commercial properties if you are attending in person. We will allow attendees to pitch two properties for up to two minutes as time allows.
This months' featured topic prior to the property exchange:
Scott Dunlop, the Director of Planning & Zoning will provide and update on "What's going on in Manor, Texas". Learn more about Manor 2050 Comprehensive Plan. In conjunction with the current boom in residential growth, commercial retail and service providers are discovering that the City of Manor has affordable land, along with streamlined development processes created to welcome new development.

$20 to attend in person
$10 to attend remotely (to help offset additional costs for Audio Visual to offer remote option)
48 hour cancellation notice to receive refund.
Refunds will not be issued for those that register for in-person and switch to remote access less than 48 hours before event.
