Apply AI provides real estate agents an introduction to AI and how it can be used in the real estate industry. Agents will learn how AI can be used to analyze data from multiple sources, including property listings, demographics, and market trends.

With a growing emphasis on how AI can support personalized, sustainable growth, her favorite part of the work is translating complex ideas into practical tools agents will actually use — and maybe even enjoy.

With a background in creative writing, technology training, marketing, and real estate, she has helped hundreds of agents streamline their systems, clarify their message, and reclaim their time. From building better workflows to helping agents find an authentic voice, her goal is always the same: empower, don’t overwhelm.

She currently serves as a real estate tech and marketing strategist at Independence Title, supporting agents across Central Texas. Whether teaching a ChatGPT class or mapping out a listing campaign, she brings curiosity, common sense, and just enough “nerd energy” to keep things interesting.

At the heart of her philosophy, she believes good marketing should be clear, human, built on what makes someone unique, and never make them cringe. She is grateful to do work that helps people show up more fully — in business and in life.
