Texas Real Estate Commercial Contracts is a paragraph by paragraph breakdown and discussion of the Commercial Contract on Improved Property. The objective of the course is for Commercial agents to have an in depth understanding of the contract beyond what blanks to fill in.
This is a Statewide TREC mandatory requirement for the 3-Hour minimum to accommodate the Contracts requirement under the TRELA and TREC guidelines.
