Description
We are excited to bring back our in-person Property Information Exchanges at a new time & location! Our premiere event will held on May 3rd @ 1:30 pm @ Independence Title on Shephard Mountain (near 360 Bridge) featuring educational presentation, coffee, dessert pie and a property information exchange (PIE).
We will host the PIE at a new location each month so that we can accommodate those from Austin and surrounding areas. Stay tuned for future locations!

1:30 Announcements & featured presentation by Alvin Lankford from the Williamson Central Appraisal District who will present on Commercial Valuation Topics and a general overview of the appraisal districts.
1:55 Each person can present 2 commercial properties with option to present more if time allows (bring business cards & property flyers)
