Guests will also have the opportunity to view the available 4th floor office opportunity featuring approximately 6,000 SF with expansive views, private balconies, high-end finishes, and flexible layouts ideal for creative office users, professional firms, or headquarters space. In addition, the ground-floor restaurant space is available and offers an exciting opportunity for a restaurant, café, or hospitality concept looking to be part of one of East Austin’s newest mixed-use developments.

The event will take place on June 30 from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM. Guests are welcome to enjoy drinks, networking, and light refreshments throughout the evening. Guided property tours will begin every 30 minutes starting at 5:30 PM, with the final tour beginning at 6:30 PM.
