This event will be a hybrid event with both in-person remote access options. We will continue to offer remote access to those who do not wish to attend in person. We are excited to offer both options to our members!
Our Property Information Exchanges are a great opportunity to update your commercial market knowledge, interact with peers, share your commercial property listings, needs & ideas. Now that we have partnered with Crexi we ask that the properties being pitched are listed on the platform. This is a service provided to our members for free and will allow us to quickly show the property information and share after the session.
This month we will feature a presentation by Crexi prior to the Property Exchange:
ONSITE COVID PRECAUTIONS:
Registration will be contactless including Covid Pre-Screening before event
Masks required at all times unless eating
6 foot distancing will be required at all times
We have chosen to limit the attendance to 28 people
This equals 4 people per table
The venue has been sanitized for our event
Food will be served individual servings at the table (not buffet)
We take this seriously and are confident we have provided a safe environment

8:00 remote access opens
8:25 property information exchange

$20 to attend in person
$10 to attend remotely (to help offset additional costs for Audio Visual to offer remote option)
48 hour cancellation notice to receive refund.
Refunds will not be issued for those that register for in-person and switch to remote access less than 48 hours before event.
