About
I am a skilled and experienced commercial real estate transactions and life sciences lawyer. My commercial real estate practice focuses on assisting clients with the purchase, development, leasing and financing of commercial properties throughout the United States. In my life sciences practice, I assist small and large cap companies with mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and provide outside general counsel and corporate governance services to both startups and established companies nationwide.
I am a proud graduate of Texas A&M University and South Texas College of Law Houston, and am an active supporter of Texas A&M athletics through my involvement in the 12th Man Foundation. When not spending time with my family or coaching youth sports in Dripping Springs, I enjoy golfing with friends, family road trips and reading good books on my back porch.
