Nathan Winstead - Relationship Manager, Capital Farm Credit

Nathan Winstead currently serves as a Relationship Manager for Capital Farm Credit. Capital Farm Credit is a customer-owned cooperative established in 1917 as part of the Farm Credit System. Nathan’s areas of concentration are providing loan solutions to farmers, ranchers, agribusiness owners, and rural home and landowners. Prior to joining the Capital Farm Credit team, Nathan has spent the last 15 years as a Vice President in Farm Credit and Commercial Banking, and also worked in public sector. He is an accomplished business development professional in the financial services industry. Nathan serves as the Immediate Past President of the Rotary Club of Georgetown and is actively involved in the Austin area business community.

Megan Turnispeed - Turnipseed Real Estate Group with Keller Williams Lone Star

Megan graduated from college in 2008 with her Bachelor’s in Business and quickly obtained her real estate license with her entrepreneur drive . After years of helping home buyers and renters , she branched out into land sales. Equipped with her Broker’s license she leads her own team at Turnipseed Real Estate Group with Keller Williams Lone Star in Georgetown, TX. Her team specializes in land sales , development, farm and ranch properties, typical residential and commercial sales in Williamson, Travis, Burnet, and surrounding counties. Megan also wrote and teaches a class for local Texas Realtors about the Farm and Ranch Contract and unique differences the land side offers. Most recently in 2022, she earned the prestigious Accredited Land Consultant Designation (ALC) one of 500 currently active agents with this experience and knowledge. Her current and future goals include adding consultation services for clients and Realtors.
