About our speaker: Randi Jenkins serves as the Deputy Director of Technical Services at Austin Water, where she leads Engineering Services, Environmental, Planning and Development Services, and Customer Experience. She works to align these program areas with a shared vision that supports Austin Water’s long-term goals.
With 20 years of municipal experience, Randi brings deep expertise in utility operations, project delivery, permitting, budgeting, and economic development. She is known for her customer-centric leadership, innovative problem-solving, and commitment to resilient, equitable outcomes. Since 2019, she has led the $100 million My ATX Water initiative, transforming customer engagement and utility service delivery.
Before joining the City of Austin, Randi served as an Adjunct Instructor at Texas State University and General Manager of a local business. She holds both a Bachelor and Master of Science from Sam Houston State University and values service, transparency, empowerment, and technical excellence.
