Jamil Alam, Managing Principal, Endeavor Real Estate Group
Jamil has been active in the commercial real estate industry since 1988 and has spent the past 19 years with Endeavor Real Estate. He began his career with 18 years focused exclusively on office tenant representation, giving him a distinctive, tenant-driven perspective that now informs his development work. Since transitioning into development in 2006, Jamil has served as Managing Principal, overseeing high-rise, mixed-use urban infill projects. He sits on Endeavor’s Investment, Fundraising, and Compensation Committees (and previously the Operating Committee) and has played a key role in raising more than $1.25 billion in equity for projects built or currently in pre-development.

Matt Levin, SIOR, Founder/Managing Partner, ECR
Matt is a founding partner of ECR, where he focuses on serving the firm’s team and clients to deliver best-in-class commercial real estate services. He has served as past President of the Commercial Leasing Brokers Association, past Membership Chair of the Real Estate Council of Austin, and is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. Matt has been recognized on the Austin Business Journal Heavy Hitters List and is actively involved in ECR’s philanthropic arm, ECR Serves, as well as the Friends of the Austin Nature & Science Center.

Scott Flack, Partner & CEO, Live Oak Real Estate
Scott is a seasoned real estate veteran with over 25 years of experience in leasing, development and investment across all product types, with a particular focus on the industrial sector. As CEO, Scott oversees Live Oak’s investment and development activities and is responsible for the firm’s strategic direction. Scott holds a B.S. in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin and remains involved with many industry and educational organizations including the University of Texas Real Estate Finance and Investment Center and the Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA) where he was a past board chair. He is active in many non-profits focused on equity issues in the Central Texas Region and is past chair of the Social Equity Committee at the Austin Area Research Organization (AARO) where he remains a member. He currently sits on the Board and Executive Committee at the Austin Community Foundation (ACF) and is Co-Chair of ACF’s Housing Accelerator.
