"Utility Crisis in the 'Texas Triangle': Wastewater Solutions for Commercial Real Estate" 

South Central Wastewater will be discussing strategies for increasing property values during the current utility crisis in the “Texas Triangle” by providing wastewater solutions specifically catered to Realtors and Brokers. Doug Bailey, President, will be joined by his daughter, Clare Bailey - Vice President, during the presentation.

Speaker: Doug Bailey, President South Central Wastewater

Doug Bailey is the President of South Central Wastewater. After graduating from the University of Texas in Austin, he joined his father’s (Malcolm Bailey) wastewater company that was essential in the early expansion of the MUD district concept during the 1970’s and 80’s. Since then, he has worked for and owned several companies within the wastewater industry, and has been involved in the design and construction of over 1,000 treatment plants. Two of Doug’s children are currently working for South Central Wastewater, ensuring that it continues to remain a family owned and operated business.
