This event will be a hybrid event with both in-person remote access options.
Our Property Information Exchanges are a great opportunity to update your commercial market knowledge, interact with peers, share your commercial property listings, needs & ideas. Please be sure to bring flyers on your commercial properties if you are attending in person. We will allow attendees to pitch two properties for up to two minutes as time allows.
In addition to the PIE, we will feature an overview of "RPR Commercial" presented by Kaema Roberson who is Director of Education with Independence Title. From searching on- and off-market properties, lifestyle and behavior data, investment analysis, and site selection tools, RPR is a property data resource that can elevate every facet of your commercial real estate business.
We are following the CDC Guidelines as it relates to mask mandates.

Registration open to REALTOR agents & brokers only + Affiliate SPONSORS
$20 to attend in person
$10 to attend remotely (to help offset additional costs for Audio Visual to offer remote option)
48 hour cancellation notice to receive refund.
Refunds will not be issued for those that register for in-person and switch to remote access less than 48 hours before event.
