This class will instruct attendees on how to use their imagination and zoning plus land use information when reviewing properties. Building this skill will allow you to develop ideas for a property’s potential based on grounding principles using valuation, location and existing conditions. This will add to your ability to better market, price and talk about property.

Learning Goals:

• Recognize the value potential between “existing use” and potential use.
• Elevate knowledge of “zoning” and “land use.”
• Solve your own problems in uncovering a property’s potential.

Prerequisites:

• No previous experience needed, just an interest in improving your knowledge and valuation skills.
