My name is Greg Daily and my company is Daily As Built and I create as built floor plans & take pictures for commercial property. I reside in the Austin, Texas Metro Area.

The Measurement Standards currently supported are RECA RMS 2017, and ANSI Z765 2021

Accuracy of square footage measured off iGUIDE floor plans meets or exceeds the max 2% error requirement of the BOMA standards (extending floor area to glass panes may result in changes much smaller than 2% in a number of cases).
We use the iGuide which is a lidar scanner and a 360-degree camera which takes measurements and pictures to create the floor plans and the 360-Virtual Tour.
