President and Owner of Dimensions Floorplans® operated in the Austin, Texas area since 1996, Mary has overseen the creation of “as-built” floor plans and Architectural measured drawings for millions of square feet and thousands of buildings of all types according to industry accepted standards.  Mary is a former CTCAR Board Member and Facilitator of our morning Property Information Exchanges. As a known expert in BOMA Standards and all associated applications, she currently sits on the BOMA International Standards Committee.  She is Co-Chair of the Education Committee, 2021 Mixed-Use Standard & 2025 Industrial Standard, & Contributing Author of all current BOMA Standards for Gross, Office, Retail, Industrial and Mixed-Use properties.
